Château de Belcier
Castillon Côtes De Bordeaux Red Bordeaux Blend
Suggested by the buyer at Costco. Good price point, good taste. A bit better after breathing. I'd definitely have it again.

Jun 4th, 2016Solid right-bank Bordeaux performer straight outta Costco. Didn't know anything about it beforehand. Shows basics of a fine wine - cigar box depth marries well with the fruit. Ends on a sanguine iron note. Pairs very well with Lebanese lamb dinner. The slight astringent finish is smoothed away by the food, showcasing the best components of the wine. I was very pleasantly impressed. - Vintage 2011 tasted September 2015

Sep 5th, 2015Lots of wet clay, gravely, earthy notes. Some tomato and herb. Fruit is actually light but plum and current are there. Short-medium finish. Nice tannin.
