Reduction, lemon, orange, green apple, pear, hazelnut, Carmel, pie crust, pith, medium acidity.

Incredible wine...apple/pear, lemon curd, vanilla/baking spices, some creaminess/lees, tart/fresh and long finish

Still finding its stride, honestly. Felt like it needed some time to come around. Lemon tart, mellowed acidity up front but finished with more zip. Honeyed peach and a lychee type finish.

Apples/pears/lemons limes...mushrooms/earth, med plus acid, creamy..great balance...

Lemon curd and caramel apple and lemon pie. No premox. Showing nicely.
