Marsannay Pinot Noir

In-House company holiday party, best to bring your own...One of my coworkers bottles, he's learning how to get good wine at this event finally.

Righteous Tuesday night Marsannay! The dark fruit impact and the red fruit crackle are working together in mysterious Burgundian ways. A bottle that left me with more questions than answers, and therefore much more 1er cru like than its humble AC.

Domaine Jadot and roasted chicken! This spicy, bright Burgundy had plenty of refreshing acidity and was super easy to drink. It wasn't at all concentrated, and it's slightly watery flavor was a good thing!

Not a pinot noir fan but this is pure nostalgia 10/10 in sentimentality so deeply reminds me of france or beginning of my twenties when i firsts fell in love with wine. i am a child dreaming of the complex flavors i will try in the future im in the dusty living room for tom kippur in beverly hills life is good i miss my relatives

feeling notes of plum. a bit acidic.

Fresh cherries/raspberries/strawberries on the nose - Unripe stone fruit - bright acidity. On the palate, a herbaceous / savoury / earthiness rounds out the fruity nose. Mild tannins with a complex but clean finish. A lovely, refreshing Pinot.

Good but has a Dry after taste on my tounge

思っていたよりだいぶ良かった。コクと香ばしさのバランスが良質のジュヴレ・シャンベルタンを想わせる。ただ、ちょっと渋味やざらつきが強いかな？
