Rich ripe pruney and full bodied. Unmistakably Barossa Shiraz. Yalumba in 2005 experimented with making and marketing single site Hand picked wines. Wines dedicated to Terroir. Perhaps as a marketing exercise it didn't work as it was discontinued. Perhaps the differences in Terroir were not as different as first thought to the consumer.

Nose of black currants. A hint of wet cardboard "fustiness" adverse cork influence. Palate was fine - very Barossa - sweet and pruney.
