Star bright gold. Abundant nose of ripe yellow apple and dried apricot. Medium full palate of yellow apple, dried apricot, and white peppery honey with a hint of spice on the moderate finish. Medium, non assertive acidity. Needs to be beside a rich dish to shine as a food pair. Bad with my salad. Great with my lobster Mac and cheese. Fried chicken, white sauces, and crustaceans (scallops, crabs, crawfish, or yes, lobster) would fare quite well. Washington is Bordeaux variety country. But this works as a Tuesday night Chard. Drink now.

Pale lemon with aromas of stone fruits combined with citrus and spice. Palate shows light fruits, apples and pears, lively acidity, and some racy spice on the crisp medium finish from this light body wine. Good value. Tasting Sample.

Lots of fruit notes. I prefer a chard with more oak/earth. Not bad with cheeses and nuts, though.

A bit sweeter than a typical Chard. Nice summer sipper. No oak detected. May be too sweet for some folks.

Ultra smooth, creamy, better for sipping than pairing. No oak. Not light. Very different chard.

Nice, medium bodied, silky feel. Melon, and a hint of citrus. Very little oak, but a nice chard nonetheless. Great with cheese, apples, confit, cranberries, etc.
