Had a recent batch, pale lemon color with light bubbles, aromas of stone fruits and sweet scents. On the palate flavors of apple with sweet notes. The wine finishes sweet with mineral notes. Ok but not great. Better ones out there. Tasting Sample.

Yellow in color with a golden tint.
Fruity nose of citrus, lemons, apples, diesel, white pepper, spices, grass and white pepper.
Medium bodied with obnoxious bobbles and high acidity.
Dry on the palate with limes, grapefruits, citrus, green apples, minerals and white pepper.
Short finish with bitter almonds.
This is a drinkable Cava from Spain. Unbalanced and simple. Harsh on the palate and better with food. Bitter and tart for my taste.
I paired it with almond soup, which was interesting, but paired very nicely.
11.5% alcohol by volume.

Apr 6th, 2017Clear straw yellow with decent bubbles. Fresh crisp fruit aromas. On the palate ripe stone fruit flavors with a touch of citrus. The finish is about medium, had lively acidity and good balance. Great for mimosa's.

Dry, very light, crisp, fresh, relentless bubbles, not too sweet, lovely subtle flavour, easy drinking. Stunning bottle for the price tag c.£8

Nice, simple Cava. Crisp, but nothing special. Enjoyable any given Sunday morning for $11 a bottle.
