One of the "new school" up here, embracing acidity and balance over oak and alcohol. Love this producer.

Give these folks an award. A smooth and neutral Syrah at a great price. I can see this as a staple for dinner parties as most people would find it delicious with most food (it was a hit 2/2 for me).

VA is not acceptable on these levels. While I can see the structure behind this, the volatility is hard to get over. Good effort though

Not ur classic Syrah but with a lots to offer. Red with purple hue, opaque in the center, dried candied black cherry on the nose, blood orange citrus, plum, Cassis, blueberry stew, dried thyme, tarragon, licorice. Violet note came on the nose when it opened up. Slightly effervescent. Med plus acidity, med to med plus tannin. Very unique Syrah from Columbia Valley.
Revisit 3 days later, it’s smoother on the palate, black pepper note and savory notes came out.

I wanted more definition, but it came into focus overtime.
