I had the pleasure of visiting the vineyard a few months back, briefly. Lovely family. Had a chance to taste one of there wines recently and I have to say it tasted like a perfectly ripe apple (just the day before it becomes a bit "mushy"), with hints of butterscotch.

Pretty good chard with tastes of vanilla and honeydew. A little sweet but no bite. We had this on 12/4-5/15. 2013 vintage
