Feb 20th, 2015Absolutely beautiful zin. A bit peppery directly after opening, but after decanting it for about an hour, it opened up into a beautiful, fruity wine with slight pepper. I'm amazed that a wine can be so fruity yet not very sweet. Definitely one of my favorite wines from the last few months. We cooked teriyaki grilled chicken with fried rice and zucchini and the wine went with it really well. Highly recommended.
