Nice light flavors of citrus, grapefruit and apple. Paired with fried fish and creamy Parmesan brussel sprouts. Nice on a warm Florida night.

Founded in 1934, Chateau Ste. Michelle is the oldest winery in Washington with some of the most mature vineyards in the Columbia Valley. Light bright yellow with bouquet of tropical and citrus fruits. On the palate pineapple, grapefruit, melon and lemon citrus, crisp. Lively acidity ending with earthy mineral and herb grassy tones. Better that ‘15.

Apple, lemon, cherry, and grapes (duh). Essence of winter Oreo.

Served cold and with light food it was very nice. Finishes pretty dry. Has a hint of effervescence which makes it more interesting. Overall a better-than-decent wine.
