I consistently like this wine, though others have not rated it that well.

Wednesday Wine Committee “Founder’s Day”, honoring those who started this tradition back in the ‘70s. What an incredible group and tradition they started!

Probably the most difficult wine of the day in terms of guessing blind. I bounced between Viognier or Chablis. Very pale in the glass. Little bit of sweet mint on the nose but it was faint. Not oaky or buttery at all on the palate. Semi flinty and mineral driven.

Aged for about 8 months in stainless steel. Consistent quality. Light yellow with nose of bright fruit and subtle spice. On the palate, crisp apple and yeasty mineral tones with a very light touch of citrus. Nice acidity and balance ending with lemon notes. Very Enjoyable, nice value! Tasting Sample!

Great value - a little dessert-y; creme brûlée, perfect pear and yellow apple. Very picturesque. Tastes like paintings in children’s books: hyper realistic, over saturated colors, a princess and a puppy. This is just begging to be put with a cheese plate.
