Tried this about 4 years ago, found a new batch. Clean pale lemon color, with light bubbles, crisp Asian Pear and apple flavors. Slight toasty flavor and short finish. Overall good value for a sparkler.

Cllear and bright pale lemon color. The nose is clean with pronounced aromas of citrus (orange peel, lemon peel) green fruit (green apple, gooseberries) and floral primary aromas (honeysuckle) and secondary aromas of sweet cream. On the palate the mousse is slightly aggressive (normal of a tank method) off-dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol and medium body with medium(+) intensity flavors of lemon, peaches and apricots and secondary flavors of corn tortillas and cereal like Special K. #tankmethod #australia #brut #sparkling #newworldsparkling #newworld

Decent new world fizz for less than $15. Medium-bodied, crisp, notes of nectarine, apple, subtle yeast, good with food.

Feels a bit of citrus in taste, refreshing aroma, nice color. Quite interesting mixture of grapes - Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Apple, oaky, drinkable, not super bubbly.

Delicious. Easy to drink with food or on its own. A nice crisp taste.

Afstudeer-Brut. Precies droog genoeg, lekkere bubbel en elegante afdronk. Feestelijk!
