Bright minerality and mouth-watering acidity; exactly what I want out of a Riesling. The nose shows crisp pear, lime zest, crushed rock, and plastic pool toy. The mid-palate and finish are like lightning. This isn’t going to change your life and peel back layers of complexity, but this demonstrates how extremely clean and refreshing cool climate Riesling can be.
