Intact and drinking very very well. A 25 year old wine that is rich and broad with so sign of oxidation.

Butter popcorn attack! Some dry fruit, flowers, mineral notes. Straight attack with fruity minerals exploding. Finish with long lasting chalkiness. Still young.

I believe it's oxidized. Though not fully. It's nice but sherry-ized to me, slight overly carmelized. Nice but slightly beyond itself.

Thanks to dear Jim for the magnum! Slight premox but we think still delightful with acidity present.

Lots of bottle variation in this wine. This bottle was still very reserved but with great poise. True to form!

Another pre-moxed Morey. Enough to make you quit spending your hard earned $ on grand Cru white Burg...but I won't.

Perfect bottle tonight versus one premixed bottle two weeks ago.

Paired it with roast pork and it went just fine (salt, pepper, lemon juice, herbs for the pork). At first the palate did not match the concentration of flavors on the nose (thought it might have been over the hill), but exploded after 10mins into honey, dried flowers and dried apricot. Then seemed to disappear after 10mins only to come back with one final burst of energy as we got towards the end.
