Beaumont Napa Valley Pinot Noir

Definitely on its last legs, but there's still life in this bottle. Sweet cherries and raspberries with a caramel sweetness to it. Drinking a part of history.

Oxidized, but still lovely. Apricot, hazelnut some lemon and toffee. Also fun to taste a part of history.

Hardy, old California style Pinot. Earthy

Was lovely 10 years ago. Old hickory wood aromas but fruit is dried out though there is bracing acidity that is very refreshing.

Past prime. Loaded with soy notes, hoisin sauce, balsamic vinegar reduction, sweet & sour, Chinese 5 spice, faint yet bright mashed/oxidized red Chinese sour cherry skins, potpourri, decomposed red rose bed, cola, turned dry alluvial earth, porcini mushrooms, dried clove, old cinnamon stick, burnt dark chocolate, burnt espresso.

Still got it! Soy on the nose but had plenty of fruit left and that sexy old-wine mouthfeel.

Opulent, alpine strawberries, a bit lactic but enjoyable.

More than being over the hill, this just didn't taste or smell good at all. Fun to try though.

Brownish amber color, no fruit left, all tertiaries. Mushrooms, moss, earth, forest floor. Interesting, if well into its last years.

ピノだがカベルネのオールドヴィンテージと同じ味でブランデー化してる。
