Pale lemon, aromas of fresh stone and citrus fruits with floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, pear and citrus with honeysuckle notes, good balance. Medium finish ending with fruit, lively acidity and mineral character.

Star bright straw yellow. Inviting nose of quince, pear, and a bit of hay. Medium palate echoes the nose with a bit of white pepper. Medium plus acidity. Medium long finish. Nice example of Willamette Valley PG that’s ready for the porch or the table. Take it to places too “white” for its Noir cousin. Drink now through 2024.

Solena 2013 Pinot Gris. A nice change from the citrusy and acidic gris.

Neutral oak, bright acidity barrel fermentation gives it nice creaminess. Hot year = ripe fruit
