Affordable bubbles from Australia. Had a bit of skin contact which gave it a light orange/pink hue, but wasn't labeled as a rosé. It was a touch earthy and a little creamy from the two Pinots. I really enjoyed it. The bubbles were fairly tight and held up and it had good acidity. It was incredibly complex, but it was really nice.

Drank 2009 rose. Toasty almonds, lightly spiced cherry and raspberry sauce. Lovely balance of acidity and sweetness.

Unexpected gem from the “bargain” (AUD20) bin. Yeasty yet bright, the 2013 vintage is drinking *very* nicely.
