Aromas of lemon, black pepper, green apple, hints of honey. Taste follows suit and opens up in the middle. A lot smoother and more mellow than I imagined it might be. Nice slightly puckering finish.

Very pleasantly oaky flavor, but still with a light body. Not as overwhelmingly buttery as Chardonnays usually are. Very good with crackers and cheese.
