Few estates in the world can trace their history as far back as 1685 so Boschendal are iconic in this respect. A very appealing and great value New World Chardonnay with just enough acidity to balance the rich fruit & judicious oak.

Wooded Chardonnay in a new world style. Really lovely Chardonnay but for me personally a bit too much tart /acid I prefer the older style of oily buttery Chardonnay

Notes of lemon and butter, but neither of them really stands out. Nice, but I was hoping for more emphasis on the butter notes.

Strong oak but I miss the longevity. Just enough roundness, I enjoyed it with sushi.
