Medium straw color; green apple, star fruit, and jasmine on the nose; high acidity; sweet, but not too sweet; tastes like honeysuckle, apricot, pear, and wet slate with a long finish. Nellie says it's ok. I like it a lot and I think it will pair well with sushi.

Light crisp and just a hint if effervescence. Hints of passion fruit and lime.

Lovely. Just a slightly effervescent on the tongue. The semi-sweetness is balanced with acidity and some mineral backbone. Medium bodied for a Riesling with great pear and apple. Refreshing, clean, and just 10.5% alcohol. Percent for a warm Texas afternoon!

Beautiful baked apple and fully ripe fruit nose. Nice semi-sweet flavors and easy to drink.
