2001 South Eastern Australia Shiraz.

Such an awesome nose on this, full of savory stewed strawberries, raspberries, plums and baking spices. Lots of chocolate on the palate, with meatiness and smokiness showing up after.

I'm not sure how a 2001 Australian Shiraz should taste like, but if it's like this, I'll be okay with more.

Still delivering at way over value. Amazing after 15 years the Wine has held up and improved into a Wine that drinks well beyond its $10 selling price. Nicely put together and achieved well beyond what it was made for in 2001.

Kinda crazy and over the top. Such a fun collaboration. Real nice jammy quality, very fruity.

2001 vintage. While it still had some of its youthful power and flavor, we drank this bottle a few years too late. In fairness, this bottle was not always as well cellared as it could have been.

Wow - Aussie wines age just fine. Rich fruit, the jammy texture was gone.
