1998 vintage. First poured from the Coravin 2 months ago. Got to the bottom of the bottle and popped it. Still fresh as a daisy. Coravin definitely does the trick!

Oh my - what a nice introduction to an aged burgundy! Forest floor, bing cherry, vanilla oak notes, and nice tannic structure. Still able to cellar, but a nice wine for drinking now as well.
