Very young and tight on opening. After 3hours starts to gain fruit intensity and body still maintaining freshness and ending to a very pleasant Ventoux. Goes well with grilled iberico secreto. If you drink now decant or let rest for 2-3 years

Little bit of funk. Fruity but not jammy. Smooth.

Soft and juicy, Rhone raspberry, touched by hints of Chrysanthemum. Tiny tempered tannins (great rock band name!) lingering wispy acids. Fantastic value wine. Here's to Tuesday.

3.2 Fine Ventoux. Good fruity taste with soft tannins. From Ann Evans estate. Usually about $14.
