1999 vintage on Dec 20, 2017 with skillet roasted lemon chicken (Ina Garten). Purchased from a private collector in 2017. Drank alongside 2005 Le Cailloux C-d-Pape to compare and contrast. Although starting to show its age by the orange tinged brown at the brim it evolved beautifully in the glass. Another example of Oregon Pinot Noir that is age-worthy.
