Used this wine to pair with some "somewhat" spicy shrimp. Killed it! Slightly off dry, ripe Apple, apricot, ripe peach, med acid and med bodied. I'll be trying to get more.. Thanks Doug!

Founded in 2002 by two wine industry couples, the Hatchers and the Francis Tannahills. Nice pale straw color with sweet honey, citrus and floral spice aromas. On the palate tropical fruit flavors, zesty citrus and hints of sweet honey spice. Medium finish, good acidity, nice value. Tasting Sample.

Brightly pale yellow.
Scent of white pepper, Japanese citrus Yuzu, lemon, jasmine, apple changed to white chocolate, honey, volatile oil, white small flower. Sweet and clear, a little simple note.
Light sweet attack, juicy acidity. Easy to drink.
