La Gravelière Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc

Pale yellow in color with a strong nose of green and/or sour apple. In the mouth again same green/sour apple and some pear. Light acidity and light to medium body.

Ripe for classic sancerre but good vibrant minerality to balance tropical fruit.

Strong vanilla-earth on the nose, classic bone dry fruit, medium body, slight effervescence. Great character. Kosher to boot. 2014.
