Classic cult style at a great price.

Not decanted but given 45 min. of air. Deep, dark reddish-purple in the glass. The nose is a little reticent but the palate is definitely open for business. Richly fruited without being overtly sweet, unlike many wines in this price range. The nose takes on a slightly medicinal quality with additional air, which I don't love, but the palate is surprisingly complex and really very nice. Actually tastes like Napa cab. This really delivers for $22 locally and is a definite repeat buy.

2021 served chilled. Not too heavy in tannins but nice … subtle flavor

Good cab, fruit forward. Had it with smokey cannellini beans and kale on toast.

11/22 Had this at North Fork Table And Inn. very impressed. Had it two times sense and was disappointed. This 2018 was very Tanic and hard did not have any softness that I’ve had previously 80.

10/22 Nope. Too fruity, not enough complexity. Needs time to develop. Chalky. No finish. 83
