Blend of 60% Macabeo, 25% Xarel-lo, & 15% Parellada, aged 34 months on lees before disgorgement, pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits, tiny bubbles, good flow with light mousse. On the palate flavors of apple, peach, pear and citrus adding in some biscuit notes. Well balanced, medium length ending with yeasty character. Nice value!

This organic vintage Cava has been aged at least 18 months before being disgorged. It’s delightful with lively acidity. Green apple, Bosc Pear, lemon zest with salinity and hint of creme fraiche.

Pale golden yellow with light bubbles. Very fresh nose coated with green apples, minerals and a touch of straw. Medium acidity (5.5/10) and light bodied. Crisp palate with some green apples and stone fruits. Medium length finish. Drink till 2021.
