Not a very bold Zinfandel. Not much fruit and is acidic on the finish -not very balanced. Don't really like this wine.

Dark maroon. Ripe red fruit dominated by spice, dark chocolate. Smooth and medium bodied. Light tannins. Cherry, blackberry, cream and spicy black pepper. Not very complex but very drinkable. Best with food, particularly spicy dishes. 87.

Fascinating wine. Jammy on the front but then tart on the finish.

Nice Zinfandel from Paso Robles. Jammy, red raspberry flavors, touch of spiciness. Easy to drink on its own and quite inexpensive at $11.99 a bottle.
