Vignoble de Katzenthal Riesling

2019 Vintage - yellow green color, yellow apple, peach , slight kerosene ( complexing ) (slight SO2 on the nose decanting helps) slight residual sugar (off dry) good acidity

Pretty wine I wd have expected more weight from Alsace but pretty nonetheless!

Great wine. Ripe floral fruits with a bit of other than fruit notes and nice acid. Very aromatic.

Classic pale golden but clean color with a very intense nose; aromas of pear, nectarine and lemon balm. Medium bodied with medium plus acidity giving ripe stone fruit, lemon zest and a nuance of chevil. Fresh and bright with a nice medium finish.

Ripe fruits, moving into tropical, juicy texture, mineral undertones. Candied limes, white nectarines, pineapple, rocks, peach blossom. A bit short but great Vin d'Alsace with plenty of texture and vibrancy for the table.

Very fruit forward Riesling with balance and weight. Great inexpensive example of a Vin d'Alsace Riesling.

Beautiful exotic fruit nose and quite dry palate

Nice easy bone dry Riesling.

Easy to drink. Nice weekday food wine.
