For the life of me, I cannot remember where I got this one. But I'm sure someone must have given me this wonderful gift. I served it at a dinner party last night to folks who strictly drink white wine. They loved it! Pinot Blanc is not my area of expertise, not that anyone is my area of expertise. But this is about as far from it as I get. And all I can say is, from the very first sip, I knew it was wonderful.

Full bodied, fruity & dry. Perfect w/ choucroute garni

Nice wine! Good concentration. Honey, glue, ripe lemon. already exciting, can last for years

Okay! This is....different. And darn tasteful! Glue, peach and wet rock. Went very well with salmon/asparagus/egg/cream/oil with herbs dille and parsley). Go get some.
