Dark ruby in color.
Nose of vanilla, smoke blackberries, cherries and bacon.
Medium to light bodied with Nice legs.
Sour and dry on the palate with cherries, cranberries, plums, black pepper, herbs and spices.
Long finish with full tannins.
Was too green for me. A few more years in the bottle will hopefully smooth the sourness out.
13.5% alcohol by volume.

Good value wine that displays a good deep red hue and strong dark fruit aromas. Lots of fruit on the palette with subtle tannins that delivers a medium to full bodied wine with a satisfying overall rounded taste. Paired well with a 30-day matured fillet steak.

Not much fruit forward but light cherry and some cedar w a little black pepper at finish.

Got a bunch of these for free from work. Pretty much as good I thought it would be. Some earth and minerality to it, vague red and purple fruit. It's thin and pretty tonic. Not my fave.
