I am flying through the streets of Prague in a Skoda. I'm doing 140 kph in a 50 kph zone. I just make my plane while stranding my boss in Prague. I am drying out from the inside. I'm like a walking desiccant. My dried out center is literally sucking the life out of me. I can feel the end coming and just then I make it to the lounge. I pour a glass of effervescent refreshment and take a sip of this satisfying elixir and the world comes to a strange equilibrium just like this wine. A perfect balance of creamy goodness and crispy acidity. This wine is perfect for almost any occasion. Not the most complex sparkler, but @ $14/bt. this bright appley & floral blend of Chard. Chenin B. & Mauzac makes for a fun aperitif wine.

Fruity nose, apple and melon. Bit dry, no complexity, little too much acidity. Lots of big bubbles (added?) ruin this champagne for me.
