Strong black pepper nose, with blueberry and jasmine. Wonderfully complex on the palate with dancing ripe red currants and blueberries. Amazing and delicious. Slight tannins and long, smooth finish.

Marionberry, chocolate and Blueberry jam nose. Smoked Sokeye salmon, peppercorn, abv @ 15% noticeable but not completely distracting.

Paired with a poor mans Cioppoino or "dads fisherman stew". The wine went well with the tomato and garlic base but didn't over power the delicate seafood.
