The bottle was opened last Sunday and stored with the cork pulled back since then.

Raisins, cherry, pencil lead, the usual nose which I like. This is really inviting. The palate is still very good with strong acids, a bit of this raisins, sweet touch and that bright cherry, some width and weight to make it very balanced, slight tannins to kick the rear a bit and that very long raisins and cherry finish which lasts for ever. I love that

Once again I indulge in this pretty sin... Cherry, almond, Raisin, pencil lead, maybe chocolate too? The palate is tremendous : it goes in every direction with a huge acid backbone, a superlative width, a dense and silky matter with a soft touch on the sides, a bright fruit which shows off all along, a bit of drying tannins that kick off a fantastic finish with fruit, a bit of bitterness, some raisins and a indisputable length. Man I love this one. This is bohemian rhapsody by Queen

Raisins, cherry, blueberry on the nose. The palate is, as always, very lovely with a bright cherry touch and raisins, a huge acid backbone and a dense matter on the sides. There is a bit of tannins in here and somehow a fresh finish (thanks the acid backbone) wich makes it a very balanced, wonderfully made wine. Amarone for the win again!

Licorice, raisins, cherry, a bit of graphite too. Wow what a nose and what a delight again. The palate is again wide and long : raising and cherry, a dark dense matter all along a massive acid backbone, sweet and lovely touch on the sides, some real playfull tannins and a really long raisins, cherry finish that lasts for ever. That might be my favorite wine currently

Raisins, graphite, pencil lead, cherry, a very inviting nose. The palate is wonderful! Superb balance with a strong acid backbone, a very nice fruit (cherry) and raisins touches too. A very suave and soft touch on the sides. As long as wide, this wine is showing nice levels of complexity. Gentle tannins and an expending finish with raisins and cherry. The finish is wider than the palate, what a ride! 3rd encounter and again blown away. Levels!

Small red berries, black and white pepper, strawberry, hay, leather a bit too. Rather discreet but complex nose. The palate is a real treat. So long, so intense! A very strong acid backbone which makes for a dynamic mouthfeel. Strawberry and small red berries dance all around it. Some width and a smooth touch on the sides, a bit of tannins too to spice things up. There is something else in the texture like a layer of silk with a touch of tobacco, I don't know how to describe it otheewise. The finish is everlasting with the small red berries and a nice acid/bitter touch that make it very classy. It blends a grand Bourgogne touch with a dynamic and fruitful châteauneuf du pape distinction. What a wine!
