How can you not appreciate this after Napa SB? Can't really compare. So much more going on here...more minerality, more stone fruit, more crisp finish. This is like a Bevan SB being toned down with a white Bordeaux.

Big boy white wine. Needs a lot of air time/decant. Very crisp, nice acidity. Lime, graphite, citrus peel.

Can't wait to see where it goes. Very complex. Sauvignon Blanc at its best. Acid is balanced with all the vibrant fruit. But still round on the pallet.
