This is simple Pinot Noir from California.
Showing red fruits with earth notes, chocolates, tobacco and spices.
Medium bodied with medium acidity.
Easy drinking with a nice mouthfeel. A good everyday red wine.
I gave it a light chill and paired it with a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.
13.5% alcohol by volume.

Did not expect much from this label. Really great surprise! The nose of a Burgundian Pinot noir; strawberry, wood and undergrowth. A pleasantly decent amount of funk!
Good fruit on the palate and decent tannins to work with food, and great dry finish.
Pleasantly surprised! Buy it if you see it.
