Lovely flavors of strawberries and raspberries, tobacco, earth, bright acidity and medium-light tannins. A delicious wine. We challenged the somm to find a wine that paired with duck, pork and halibut and this was his choice and was spot on. A really delicious wine and great hints of new world from an old world producer.

Young Gevrey Chambertin. Fruit forward with flavors of strawberries and raspberries bundled with half dried tobacco leaves. Silky tannins with solid acidity, smooth light texture with an herbaceous note on the medium long finish. Looking forward to how this evolves.
