Medium to full-bodied with chewy tannins and flavours of red plum, cherry liquorice, spice, dark chocolate, and toasted vanillins. Good complexity and value.

Very fruit forward but can actually detect some spice and you get hints of reminiscent whiskey.
When you think of the sheer volume these guys produce its mind boggling.

I like it. Not dry - silky, smooth and hints of oaky ness that I crave from whiskies. Full of plum and berries with a hint of licorice, and maintains a consistent long taste profile on your tongue.

Fruity and sweet with a smokey finish. Went really well with Brie and fruit paste.

A good Barossa Shiraz from a good vintage showing a balance of savoury and berry fruit flavours. Added complexity from a second maturation in old Scotch Whisky barrels giving a sweet yet savoury smoothness to the palate.
