Beaujolais Gamay

I feel like most of the tasting notes and scores for this wine are slightly unfair or unjust. People drinking a youthful #Beaujolais 3/4 years after vintage? That’s not a great idea, if it’s any good 4 years later, then that’s an amazing testament to its quality. This is Uber intense in the nose, but honest, rich and candy like red fruits. I think this would go bonkers with turkey cranberries and stuffing.

Dried strawberries wild fruit cranberry - the flavor and finish is a little disjointed

Gritty and earthy, light hints of red fruits and light texture on the pallet.

2015 vintage - Big fruit clean good near term drinking

Did not like the finish. Light and somewhat fruity. Very one note. Got better as I drank it 😉

I buy this as a standby -really decent wine for a great price wild fruit strawberry fun😀

It’s summer. It’s juicy. It’s delicious. At nearly two years old, for this style, it’s impressive.

fruity and sweet. but not too sweet. a hint of tomato? digging it.
