See notes from 33 weeks ago. As I said in that note there is no point in further cellaring. Essentially fruit forward in this warm year. Stone fruit with minerality and a saline finish. Softening acidity but still lively enough.

Delightfully fresh with enough complexity to accompany right the way through a tasting menu

Prototypical Chardonnay IMO. Tropical fruits and citrus. Round. Tasty if not lacking a bit in complexity.

Bro night w/Carlito. Intense flavor, youthfulness and freshness. I'll do it again.

Pale to mid Lemon in colour. Stone fruit aromas. Mild stone fruit on the palate. Some good mineral and medium acid. Cannot see a long future for these 2015 village white burgundies with the warmer vintage although this Puligny-Montrachet is pleasant drinking now. I must visit a 2015 Premier Cru to see how it’s travelling.

Mineral laden, oily goodness. Likely one of the top village Puligny’s I’ve ever had. Reductive without matchstick dominant aromas. Lovely.
