Vintage 1995 | If you have the patience to wait 27 years you can experience to taste a ripened Madiran ( or buy at auctions probably ). Black colour. Classic. Multi layered smell with chocolate, cherries, blackberry, exciting harmony and balance, and to be honoust a bit drying finish. A treat!

Vintage 2010 | a great joy this wine. Deep and dark in colour, seems black. Cacao, cedar, kirsch, cedar, a real ‘classic’ smell. Juicy taste, much nice bitters and also tannins obviously, but they are more round and pleasant. Much potential. To be tasted again and again to learn to know how such a fine vintage develops. Festive bottle 🍀🔥

Vintage 1999 / from magnum / Beautiful expressive smell that gains attractivity with aeration. It gets chocolate and mocca. The taste is after 19 years still a bit stubborn and tannic. Needs more time.
