Crikey! Wow this was stunning. So silky and full of cherries. So elegant and deep. Profound.

One of the most distinctive and recognizable Rosé Champagne’s in the biz and growing more elusive by the day, LC18 Fac-Simile is superb today and continues to evolve beautifully with a multidimensional, vibrant and layered expression of its rich and floral red berry fruit, chalky minerality and sea spray salinity that lead to a long and exhilarating finale. So good 🤗

LC14(!) is singing, totally in the zone with killer drive, a multidimensional and layered expression of rich red berry fruit, winter citrus, chalky minerals and a sea spray salinity that give way to its long, vibrant and exhilarating finale. So good 👏🏻✨🥂

LC17 consistently shows incredible verve and a multidimensional and layered expression of its rich red berry fruit, blood orange, chalky minerality and sea spray salinity which lead to its long and exhilarating finale. Can’t get enough 👏🏻✨🥂

Prevost Facsimile LC15- Love the way LC15 is drinking! This is the most age I’ve been able to have the Fac Simile with. 😅 Incredibly pure and focused with an energetic palate and lovely strawberries & cream-like, and, minerality expression with just a touch of salinity. Love it.

Prévost Facsimile is just so darn good. LC18 is richer and more intense than LC17, but both are equally as delicious in their own ways, as the latter is just so precise and has such verve to it. LC18 I’d actually give a gentle decant.

Can’t pass this up when you see it on a list! 86d 😅. LC17 again flaunts its riveting energy and coiled tension, layered rich red berry fruit, chalky minerality and an ocean spray like salinity on the back end before its long and exhilarating finale. Always such a treat to have this Rosé.

Don’t mind the label! Easily, along with Selosse, my favorite Rosé. IMO, there’s those two and then everyone else. Probably a common consensus. I love the bracing acidity and tension that compliments the super rich strawberry & raspberry fruit, chalky minerality and sea spray salinity. There’s superb midpalate intensity and density, that’s concluded with a finish that just doesn’t let up. It will certainly age very well, but it’s so enjoyable now. Begs for a Burgundy glass.

Same but less expressive on the nose than Les Beguines. Rounder and fuller on the palate with hints of bread and vanilla.

Savory and complex with red fruits and orange zest long and powerful serious rose 2015 base .
