Lime zest, crushed limestone, bone dry acidity. Austere and quaffable.

Austere lime, wet limestone, slightly botanical, dry.

Zesty lemon, salt water, crushed stone, citrus acidity.

Appropriately named. Crushed slate, unripe lime, ripping acidity. Completely dry and clean.

What this bottling lacks in depth - it makes up for in freshness and minerality. Outrageous quality at this price point.

Been sitting on this one for a couple of years. Worth the wait! Beautiful off-dry honey notes. Bracing palate. Delicious with glazed ham 🍖

I love everything about this wine. Laser-like acid, great intensity, ethereal balance. Such concentration and length of almost otherworldly varietally-typical notes – as if it was made from citrus and stone from another planet or Oz.

Laser sharp dryness, freshness and fullness

Smells clean & quite dry out of the bottle. Crushed wet stone, melon, fresh sprouts, citrus and a touch of honey. Shows more fruit as it warms, really crisp and refreshing but the lack of petrol is a detracting element for me.
