Large. Syrah anyone. Needs to come together. Very powerful. Juicy. Needs to evolve.

WNH event number 3...new world Pinot. Such a treat to experience the many different variations of Pinot!

These Aubert pinots are almost like bulls in a china shop, but they pull back just before it gets too overwhelming. So much complexity and depth in these. Fruit is super concentrated with candied cranberry, gooseberry, and fresh squeezed blackberries. Silky palate with earthy/birch wood notes on the finish. Wonderful,
@Eric LaMasters .

This is really extracted and layered. Gorgeous flavors of black cherry, warm spices, candied fruit, peppercorn, earth, and minerals, all floating on a deep velvet canvas. Luscious fruit and great balance.

Cali pinot. Sweet fruit such as dark cherry and raspberry. Really fruit forward with long fruit finish and acidity.

I think I loved this more than everyone else because I thought this was beautiful. Bright gorgeous fruit but well balanced. Opened it several hours before dinner.

12' Aubret UV- SL Pinot Noir. I personally think I opened it 1/2 years early.

10' Aubert UV-SL Pinot . Still a little young. What a fantastic wine! The 2011 is drinking better now.

11' Aubert UV-SL Pinot. This wine is drinking as good as I think it can get. Just a rather short decanting and it's singing! The balance is close to flawless. The acidity/fruit/ softened-tannins or so well-balanced. The nose comes off floral/perfumed. Polished black fruits on the palate . Nice long finish. Drinking so much better then a year ago. Open one to find out👍. Mark did an outstanding job with this 2011. I wonder what is going to be like in 2/3 years?

Ripe fruity Cali Pinot. Dark cherries and an interesting dustiness. Some balance prevents it from becoming over the top. A likely crowd pleaser. Ready to drink.
