13' Hill Family Beau Terre Vineyard Merlot. Wonderful Merlot that's made with 20% Cabernet added to it. This will age very nicely. Going to be even better in two years. -at Hall Family tasting room Napa.

Mar 20th, 2023Lovely Napa merlot. Needed 30 minutes of air. Dark chocolate cherries, blackberry, a hint of tobacco, some cedar, then more dark fruit. Some tannin with baking spice, cocoa, dried fruit on the finish.

Wonderful Merlot. Blackberry , Black Cherry , some dark chocolate and oak. Had this with a spaghetti squash and special meat sauce recipe. Fantastic pairing.
