This is the most evolved of these 3 1990 Boillots we’re drinking tonight, I’d guess this was better 5-10 years ago, showing faint oxidative notes, but still, it’s red Burgundy!!

Jul 26th, 2022This is beautiful, granted from a relatively ripe vintage, but lovely redfruits, still surprisingly primary flavors, I’d guess this would easily last 10-20 more years, excellent!!!
