A great Long Island white, though not your typical Sauv. Blanc. Green apples and tart citrus with a delicately creamy finish. Reminded me of Alsatian Pinot Blanc.

Goat cheese and fresh cut grass on the nose with pleasant green apple notes. Sort of a crème fraîche tang, Greek yogurt. More apple and some lemon pith. Slightly unctuous but mostly crisp.

2014 .... Epic aromatic profile, prolific citrus fruit, tropical fruit .. papaya almost. Bright palate with balance and weight. Wow!

Having worked there for 5+ years, I'll admit my bias, but this one of the best SB's you'll have the pleasure to enjoy. Well balanced fruit & acidity. Not overly green notes. Just a nice light grassy touch on the nose, medium acidity & a touch of tropical fruit. Crisp, clean steely finish. Great stuff.
