Deep Ruby with aromas of ripe black and red fruits and pepper spice. On the palate flavors of plums and ripe red berries with herb and pepper spice. Fine soft tannins with, medium+ finish ending with fruit, mushroom and earthy notes.

Mar 19th, 2021Clear medium ruby color; dark fruit, leather, spices, and dust on the nose; tight high alcohol weak on mid palate (low on tannins and acidity) and finish is low in the mouth but rather long and medium-intense. I have to try more mature wines.

Flawless but lacks excitement. But this is a great vintage in Southern Rhone and they took advantage of that.

Rhône are clear with high alcohol, medium acids and powdery tannins, darker fruit, liquorice, savoury meat, and spices. Its all a bit tight but that's hardly surprising for a 4-year-old baby.
