Great bouquet of Sweet dried apricot & raisin. I really like the nose and palate. Very nice desert wine!

2010 vintage. Dark amber. Stone fruit jam nose. Candied apricot, orange marmalade, blonde raisin. Smooth with a hint of tartness, but fundamentally a sweet dessert sipper. 15% ABV.

Syrupy, with notes of apricot, candied peach rings, and an earthy nuttiness. Beautiful acidity rounds out the palate and finishes my evening.

Aug 29th, 2015This is delicious. It doesn't specify that it's oaked, but I think it must be. Oaky aroma, subtle bourbon oak flavor with notes of honey and raisin. Sweet finish. Medium-minus acidity. I really like this wine.
